It’s hard to believe that it’s been a whole year since both our blogs went live. That’s right, we started our journey exactly one year ago, on April 1st 2019. Since then, more than 250 articles have been published on both FireStar Toys and Minifigures.com blogs. If you ask me, each of them are great. Of course I may be a little biased, since I love anything and everything about LEGO, but that doesn’t make it any less true!

In this last year, I had a chance to work with amazing people. Each very talented, each having their unique strengths. They all brought a different perspective to whatever they worked on, and it has been my absolute pleasure to read what they have written.

With the recent “28 Days Later” scenario going on in the world, everyone had more time than they could ever want. Suddenly we all had an opportunity to sort our bricks, organize our minifigures, and build that set that has been sitting on the shelf for months. This tragedy also gave way to new talents – which, for me, was more than welcome. We now have many new writers, some of who are teenagers. It’s a pleasure to see even in this age of quick messaging, there are kids who are still into writing. And believe me, you WILL want to read their articles. They are that good!

In the upcoming days and weeks, keep an eye on this space. You will not regret it.
